That looks really great Norman.
Is it for your Wiard?

Yes, it is, it goes at the bottom, beside the noise ring, joystick axis generator and joystick.

I got it mainly fixed & running, there's a couple of small niggles to sort out, nothing serious though. It's a great little piece, works very well & lots of fun. I recorded this tonight, just messing around, every track uses the sequencer/programmer.

Maybe a bit late to the party... Very Happy

But stumbled upon this thread because, i was looking for some more information and Building experiences for this nice little circuit, which i hopefully will start within the next time.
Just want so say that i like that song, remind me totally of some old Severed Heads recording Mr.Ellard could have found in his archives... Cool song!

Did anyone else, ever do the Moog 960 position switches modification that Ken and I had come up with together? (Mostly Ken's correcting my errors.)
I sadly, traded my 8 step version away. The power that it had though, being able to Play / Skip / Pause each step, independently in EACH direction, was amazing.
Wishing I had a 16 step version of it, or 2 8 steps. Ultimate in mid-70's Tangerine Dream bass line emulation with that! Very Happy

lol... had just started a thread over at muffs one or rwo weeks ago, as i ran into some issues which i could solve then on my own... initially was a bit surprised as there was a reply on electro-music-com... funny that you bump up this old thread nearly 2 years after my reply and i actually almost finished it last week...

So it took me 2 years to start my build in the end then, time to realize that i'm too slow and lazy Smile

and to come back to topic, no i didn't added the extra switches... initially thought of it but didn't had enough switches and the cabling with all the panel mounted jacks and so on was already massive enough for me...

I still have some little space left in that case, which should have become an 8 step version, the two i've build are 6 step... perhaps i just make a 4 step version with only 2 CV rows and add those switches, that could work with the remaining space left and a little bit reserved for the bi-directional routers and 2 or 4 gate to trigger converters, to have that stuff in one case...
