Here's a little night music I recorded last night. No big deal, just a little improv.

Hello Mosc

Listened to the improvisation and enjoyed it very much, you captured what was, maybe, very much a mood of the time. The following is not a criticism...more of a wish....I would have also loved to hear the piece played on an old piano, in a large ancient hall capturing the ambient reverb.....maybe I am just too much of an old romantic

Tareth, thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. This post has been here for almost two years and you are the first person to comment.

I'll see about recording something with a real piano for you. I don't know if it is so easy to find the large ancient hall, unless I use a convolution reverb. Smile

I like it Mosc, it's a bit of jazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz(Monk or so:)
maybe combine it with a flute part for your daughter.

Lovely. Very lush. I like the Rhodesy sound, and I'm a sucker for those Monk-like "blue" notes.

Thanks, guys...

Roland: Yes, Genevieves flute playing will improve almost any track I do. Smile

Howard, this is a nice tune. I like that kind of impro.

Shit, now I miss my Rhodes Piano Bass and the Mark II. Shocked Crying or Very sad

I guess so. I just get in the zone and play. I should record some more of these.
