I'm sure that many people will find that software really useful, but personally I couldn't use it Razz

What I really love about my Nords is that I can touch and edit them using the knobs (always a marvelous experience). Once I create the sound I want I dump it to the sequencer via sysex. I also use Studio Manager with the Generic Total Recall Component.

Using a software editor with a Nord is like reading a pdf comic, having the real one in paper. There's nothing like the real thing!

I agree- I have a few soft synths, and while they sound great, let me travel without having to lug gear with me, they are a royal pain to edit with a mouse.

What could be great is a program that allowed to work the other way around, using the real synthesizer's control panel to edit the most common parameters of any defined software synthesizer.

The Nord lead 3 could be an excellent control surface for most software synthesizers!

Well- if the synth can send CC's, you already have that capability.
I can control knobs & buttons on my soft synths with the BCr2000- and the G2 can send CC, so it should work as well.
