nord wave program problem

I have just bought a nord wave and when i go through the program banks it stops at 2:26 (Popstring melody) and wont go any further

Is this right?

what can i do to change it?

is there a way to factory reset the wave?

I don't own a Wave, but the last years Clavia doesn't fill all the memory locations with factory sounds, so this can be the reason.

i managed to use the nord wave factory backup thing from the internet and got it working up to

3:128

Does anyone know if this is the full amount of factory presets?

or are there more which i am still missing!

Hi,

I own a Nord wave version 2.0.2 for the U.K I'm not sure if your banks are the same as the US version but straight out of the box I have banks factory filled to 5.128 then 2 more banks for your own presets.

All 5 banks are filled with 128 patches.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, you actually have 8 banks of 128 programs and you can replace any of them. But you have to save a program in a new bank for that bank to show up... The interface won't display the empty banks until you actually put something there yourself.

Are you talking about the 8th bank?

Other than that just by clicking the program (organize) tab will show all used banks and unused ones.

The Nord Wave should come with a CD with all the backup samples and presets, the Nord site has .nsmp files which are sampled from the NL2X and NL3.

I also noticed that either the manual is typed up incorrectly or written for an earlier version OS as some presets are not where the manual state they are.
