I have a Nord Lead 3 Performance Synth and a Virus Ti Polar. I was considering trading my Virus Ti Polar for the Nord Wave. Any comments? I just do not use the Virus. The Lead 3 is great.

Thanks.

Hi, a bit off topic, but just curious why you are not using the Virus?

What kind of music are you making?

I had a play with the latest Virus in a music shop a little while ago. I thought it seemed pretty versatile.

I'm not sure the Wave is very versatile, though I haven't really looked at it in detail. I wondered if you may actually get better features in software.

I actually compose all types of music from hymns to hip-hop. I am your classic rocker from the 60's who just decided to setup a project studio for a hobby, (very expensive hobby). Even though I am an old dude I love hip-hop. I have a collection of guitars and am trying to play keyboards so not really be a real keyboard player have to rely on computers and programming.

I also record others who just want to make a demo CD.
