 Nord Rack 2X doesn't receive Pitchbend/Modulation/Aftertouch

Hi together,
I'm new - and I have a problem with my Nord Rack 2X that I have bought just now (second hand!).
The device behaves "normal" and receives the MIDI-data from my Master-Keyboard (a Korg Triton 61 LE) e.g. when pressing a key. But when I use the Pitchbend- or the Modulationwheel on the Master-Keyboard (= the Joystick) there is no effect on the 2X (and also the trigger-LED on the 2X doesn't glow in this moment). The Korg definitely sends Pitchbend- and Modulation-Data (checked with the PC). I think the 2X doesn't receive or doesn't "understand" the controller data.
Also I did not hear any effect when "using" Aftertouch.
I have tried all the different settings on the 2X - but no success!
Could give me someone helpful information about this problem or is there perhaps a "damage" (I don't hope so)?
Another question: Is it possible to do a complete "Reset" of the Nord Rack 2X to re-produce the original state of factory/delivery again?

Wout, thank you very much for your efforts!
Now after a little more time with my second clavia device I managed to get all the "missed functions".
The reason for "no Pitchbend/Modulation/Aftertouch" were the MIDI settings of my Korg Triton (in combination with the - for "Lead-beginners" - very unusual MIDI-behaviour and slot-organisation).
Furthermore I have been irritated because of the trigger-LED only went on when pressing a key and not e.g. when turning the mod-wheel (my Electro 2 73 shows every MIDI-IN command by LED even for contoller actions of a master keyboard).
So finally my small red one produces the sounds I like and I am looking forward to exploring the possibilities...
It is a pity that there is no "Reset function", that would be very helpful.

Well, maybe we'll read again as soon as you try "Midi of leftmost active Slot" and Performance Program Change...
