Nord Rack 3 Lock/freeze/crash

Hello all,

It's great to find a community like this one, tho it's a sad thing that made me look for it. Let's see if someone around knows what the problem is and if there is a fix for it.

Some time ago, my nord rack 3 started to "Lock".

By "Lock" I mean: I'm playing it, either through my midi keyboard or through a midi out from my DAW app and suddently, it freezes. The sound freezes, all the knobs and buttons become non responsive (including the preset changing ones). Seems that the only thing working is the main Volume knob, probably due not being part of the "main system".
Only a On/Off switching will make it responsive again.

Trying to repoduce the error, trying to see where it comes from, it's not easy. I notice that when changing presets fast, with the preset selection knob, makes it freeze more often than simple midi notes or button/knob tweaking, but I can't find a way to reproduce it always.

Any clues about it?

Any help would be great, since I'm kinda on the need of it right now.

Tetrahedron

The NordLead/Rack3 is known to be very sensitive to large and fast Midi data streams. When searching for Midi trouble also keep an eye on the Midi which is not directly used to control the Lead.

I always say: the NordLead3 is a little afraid doing a huge job.
