The only thing plugged into my amp is the VCA with nothing patched anywhere and I can hear my VCO through the speakers. Anyone? Confused

Some bleed through, such happens ... can be hard to find ... is it bad enough to want to go to the bottom?

well it isn't terrible. But how does the VCO bleed through to the VCA if it isn't even connected to it? The only "connection" the VCO and VCA have in common is that they are powered by the same supply.

And that could very well be your problem, especially if it's weak power, or wired unoptimally. This is why a lot of folks use big caps and distribution boards. How are these wired, and what powers them?

I figured. Its just a test rig. Using a 337T/317T home-brew PS with a distribution board. I actually moved the VCO power connector away from the VCA's and the problem lessened.

You could try to put some inductors into the power lines of the VCO, the pig nose like bead thingies I mean.
