Nord Lead 2 not working after flight to Europe

I brought a Nord Lead 2 to Europe from the States while on tour with my band and although the keyboard was padded in the case, the case itself got rattled up although that's nothing new in airtravel. After I took it out and powered it on with a transformer, the screen just showed garbled characters and the lights lit up but it doesn't play or do anything. I tried to search Google and read the manual for a reset but there's nothing like that. If there's anything I can do to get it to work again, Id love to try it. Please help!

Open the hood and check all cables inside by disconnecting and connecting again.
