Ok, we checked the autologin. I learned more about this than I want to. It works on ziggie but I had to clear all cookies on chrome.

For those that care, or are interested in the details, this site used to run a store using osCommerce software. As we evolved some of the nice features of that was hacked into the main forum software, PHPBB. Then custom stuff was developed, like the media and radio stuff. For sloth and convenience a little of this and a little of that was patched together to make things work. So we ended up with something that was a mess from a programming perspective. I have spent the last two days rooting out the oscommerce stuff and cleaning up. Although nobody will notice, the site is much more efficient, and it will be easier to maintain and add new features going forward.

Unfortunately, this broke quite a bit on ziggie, so now I'm going to fix them. I'll post here when things are ready to test again.

Can't login to Ziggie (consistently)

<EDIT> Login failed and I posted such, went back and tried again and was successful, seems intermittent.

Tonight login to ziggie worked, logout worked, try login ziggie again did NOT work.
Re-start browser (Brave- Mint Linux) login to ziggie worked. Huh.

Work on the new server, ziggie, is pretty much done. As soon as the radio admins check it out and give the word we will cut over. It's planned to be quick and painless Rolling Eyes

I'll announce the cut over and do it a time the server is usually not used very much.

I tried your link Howard and got a 400 Bad Request message.

I don't know enough to give any useful feedback really. I love this site and would love to see it live on, even if it's just archived, or frozen in time with no changes possible so people can access it at least. But the site is what it is. To me, people count more than things. I'd like to stay in touch with members on here and I don't mind where that is.

I agree, I want to keep the site alive. Highest priority. We have to move off of the current server before the hosting company pulls the plug. When ziggie is ready, it will be e-m, and in much better shape.
