hello,

a new Serge M-odule has been released:

its the 'Bi-filter' M-odule.

it includes (from left to right), the following modules:
Mixer (ac coupled audio mixer), Variable Slope VCF, Variable Bandwidth VCF, DUAL VCA (one AC coupled, one DC coupled), MIX PRO (for mixing, inverting and offsetting voltages, dc coupled of course).

the Bi-Filter price is 1700 USD.

M-odule sketch is available at the photos section of the Yahoo! Serge Modular Owners Group.

thanks,
Bakis.

I think serge has no financial crisis at the time, with all this new modules comming out... unbelivable..

This Modules doesn't fit in one of the common formats, does it?

its 4U, so i guess it does not.
but there is a nice wooden case that can hold only one M-odule, its the M-locker.
see the Yahoo! owners group for photos of it.
but, price-wise, it would be better (i think) to go for an Mboat (250 USD), that can hold two M-odules. the PSU is external though.

What do you mean with "PSU"?

the power supply unit.

its usually -5 to +5 volts (with few exceptions).

anyway, it is compatible with the euro modules (doepfer, analogue systems, etc...
