Yes, we have recordings.
And I'm confident something good will come out of it! |

They're in Paul Vnuk's hands. He's going to clean them up and get them to me, and I'm going to wield the Infamous Metlay Editorial Hatchet Of Death and release whatever survives.
Not sure yet if it will be a CD release for money, or just MP3s for free download. We'll have to see. But the venue and audience were awesome, as were Greg, Nick and Paul, so I'll be doing this again sometime soon. I hope to eventually fit two or more Fiske Planetarium shows a year, and other shows at smaller venues and/or online downloads or other projects, into my schedule. Allowing for Different Skies and for the possibility that someday my daughter won't be doing a dance recital the same weekend as electro-music....

ps. Hi everyone. I'm mostly a lurker here but will try to get on a bit more often if folks want to reach me or ask questions. Thanxmuchly and a tip of the Atomic City Hat to Howard for maintaining such a useful and comprehensive site. _________________ mike metlay * metlay@atomiccity.com

Great to be here. I promise to try to offer something to the discussions other than constant shameless promotion of the events I'm putting together. Really.

Shameless promotion is OK too. There's a special forum for Concerts and Festivals, and another one for New Releases. The site gets a lot of attention, relatively. In March 2006 we got over 1200000 page views. _________________ --Howard

Only from time to time? We still hope to have you at the event one year, y'know.
Once someone qualifies for DS he or she remains qualified until and unless he or she specifically leaves our discussion group and asks to be removed from consideration.
Howard, thanks for the references to the appropriate subforums. I'll place announcements and the like there, where they'll fit in properly.

Shoot! Didn't know anybody would be in town from here, or I would've shown up. I work down the street from CU, and drive by the planetarium everyday. |
